1st Ducks Goal (Jackman), Even

  • Anaheim Contributions
    N. Thompson – wins a faceoff in the right circle of the Flyers zone back to Beauchemin at the right point
    F. Beauchemin – takes a slapshot that Mason stops, producing a rebound
    T. Jackman – gets the puck as Mason swats the rebound to him, then lifts it over Mason into the net
  • Philadelphia Faults
    S. Mason – swats the puck away from Del Zotto, who is in position to clear it, and to Jackman who is skating to the inside of the left faceoff circle

2nd Ducks Goal (Smith-Pelly), Even

  • Anaheim Contributions
    C. Fowler – stops MacDonald’s clearing attempt at the right pint of the Flyers zone, then passes it to Lindholm at the middle of the blue line
    H. Lindholm – holds the puck and then wrists it towards the net
    D. Smith-Pelly – deflects the puck in front of the net past Mason’s glove
  • Philadelphia Faults
    A. MacDonald – tries to clear the puck off of the glass and sends it to Fowler at the right point
    N. Schultz – had just exited the penalty box but was not back in the play as the Ducks continued to work in a 5-on-4 situation

1st Flyers Goal (Streit), Powerplay

  • Philadelphia Contributions
    C. Giroux – wins the faceoff in the left circle of the Ducks zone to Simmonds against the boards (cont.), gets the puck from Streit, holds it until Streit gets to the high slot, and then passes it to him there
    W. Simmonds – passes the puck back to Streit at the left point
    M. Streit – sends the puck down low to Giroux in the left corner (cont.), one-times Giroux’s pass past Andersen’s glove
  • Anaheim Faults
    J. Silfverberg – in the penalty box for holding
    A. Cogliano – in the penalty box for slashing

2nd Flyers Goal (Simmonds), Powerplay

  • Philadelphia Contributions
    B. Schenn – gets the puck in the right corner of the Ducks zone after a four-player battle and passes it to Voracek at the right point (cont.), tips the puck along to the left faceoff dot for Giroux (cont.), shoots the puck in the slot that Giroux fans on and it hits a couple of bodies in front, then shoots it again, causing it to hop into the air
    J. Voracek – carries the puck half way down the boards and makes a centering pass to B. Schenn at the inside of the left faceoff circle
    C. Giroux – fakes a one-timer from the left dot, then carries the puck into the slot and tries to shoot, but fans on the puck to Schenn
    W. Simmonds – chips at the puck as it lands behind Andersen and finally put it in the net
  • Anaheim Faults
    H. Lindholm – in the penalty box for interference

3rd Ducks Goal (Beleskey), Even

  • Anaheim Contributions
    C. Perry – gets a loose puck in the corner of Anaheim’s zone and just flips it up into the air into the neutral zone
    M. Beleskey – picks up the puck in the neutral zone and carries it into the right side of the Flyers zone, then passes it to Getzlaf entering the zone behind him (cont.), gets the puck back from Getzlaf, pulls it to his backhand as Mason stretches out, and then slides it past Mason’s left pad
    R. Getzlaf – passes the puck to himself off of the boards, pulls up next to the right faceoff circle, and cuts to the faceoff dot before backhanding the puck to Beleskey entering the slot
  • Philadelphia Faults
    N. Schultz – covers Beleskey until Getzlaf moves to the dot, then gets caught watching Getzlaf and loses Beleskey going to the slot uncontested

3rd Flyers Goal (Voracek), Even

  • Philadelphia Contributions
    M. Del Zotto – picks up a loose puck at the top of the Ducks zone that wasn’t cleared, carries it to the right side boards, and backhands it down the boards to Voracek behind the net
    J. Voracek – takes the puck around the left side of the net, pulls it above the goal line, and flicks a backhand over Andersen’s glove
  • Anaheim Faults
    A. Cogliano – intercepts a pass in the defensive zone and throws the puck off the boards, but doesn’t clear the zone
    H. Lindholm – keeps his back to the puck and Voracek, so he doesn’t realize he needs to cover Voracek coming around the left post and lets him shoot uncontested
